401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Programs

  Defined contribution plan
    — 401(k) / Profit Sharing and ESOP

    — Company contribution to PSP/ESOP set by FC as percentage of pay
        > Historically set at 15% of eligible pay

Fitness Center. The professionally staffed, on-site WellnessFirst Center provides employees and spouses the opportunity and means to create long-term improvement in their physical and mental fitness, nutrition and personal well-being through individual and group exercise, educational events and personal coaching.

Activities and Organizations. First Command offers its family members opportunities to participate in a variety of activities and organizations, from monthly employee recognition events and quarterly luncheons to volunteer activities such as the First Command Package Brigade and United Way campaigns, ACE (Advisory Committee for Employees), and Toastmasters, an international organization for the promotion of effective communication and leadership.

Concierge services. Open daily from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., the Concierge offers employees an array of conveniences. Different food vendors each day provide a variety of healthy choices for lunch without the need to leave the campus. Bookshare and video library services offer books, audio books and popular current movies for loan, free of charge. Package Delivery services enable employees to specify the Concierge as the shipping destination for parcels and pick them up during the workday. Postage stamps, snacks and other items are also available for purchase.

Discounts. Through First Command’s relationships with various vendors, employees can enjoy discounts on home and auto insurance, entertainment (Fort Worth Zoo tickets, movie tickets), computer products (Microsoft Home Use program, CDW and Dell), beauty products, flowers and gifts, and more.

Free covered parking. Our lighted, security-monitored parking garage is just a few short steps from any office on campus.
